Esther Dudovitz to Make Pro Debut

Esther "The Terror" Dudovitz is scheduled to make her professional debut on November 14 at the Hammond Sportsplex in Hammond, Indiana, USA. A 26-year-old flyweight, Dudovitz is a decorated amateur with loads of skill.

Dudovitz took up boxing in 2020. By 2022, she had fought in the finals of the Chicago Golden Gloves, representing Northside. She repeated her finals appearance the next year, won the tournament in 2025, and defended her title this year. In this year's Chicago Golden Gloves, she was voted the best female boxer.

Winning the Chicago Golden Gloves gave Dudovitz the experience of fighting at the National Golden Gloves the last two years.

Donning a Star of David on her trunks, Dudovitz recently had her last amateur fight this past Saturday when the Chicago Golden Gloves champions faced the New York Ring Masters champions. Esther won her fight. Afterwards she said, "I'm on to a new chapter, but I'll miss this."

Dudovitz has shown immense quality as an amateur. It'll be exciting to follow her as a pro.
