According to Brett Mauren of 15rounds.com, a fight between cruiserweights Ran Nakash and Bobby Gunn is in negotiations.
The undefeated Nakash (22-0, 16 KOs) last fought a month and a half ago in Israel. If the bout is made, it would be a clear step up for Nakash, who defeated a winless fighter in that January contest.
For Gunn (21-4-1, 18 KOs), it would be his first fight since he was stopped by Tomasz Adamek last July. Adamek, who has since moved up to heavyweight, was defending the IBF and Ring Magazine cruiserweight championships. Coincidentally, Nakash was on the same card in Atlantic City, knocking out journeyman William Bailey.
